Payment terms

Tickets for all our programmes are only issued upon receipt of full payment. 
Bookings made less than 14 days prior to the start of a programme must be paid by bank transfer.
Our Payment Terms for invoices are 7 days.
 
TICKET CANCELLATION / TRANSFER TERMS
All bookings are non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of the programme will be converted to a non-refundable credit. This credit may be used for a similar programme within 12 months.
No credit will be issued for cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the programme, though there is the option to transfer onto a future programme upon payment of 25% of the original programme fee.
We reserve the right to alter or cancel any programme due to circumstances beyond our control. In case of such circumstances we will contact you in order that you may transfer your booking.

The Personal Data you supply will be handled in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. Data Protection No: 10334348. We may contact you to inform you of future DGK programmes and events.
